Subhadra Portal Odisha Subhadra Yojana was launched by the Government of Odisha to provide financial assistance to women and their social upliftment. This is an unique welfare scheme of the Government of Odisha. What is Subhadra Yojana?

Subhadra Yojana is a government welfare scheme for the women. Subhadra Yojana was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to make women financially self-reliant and empowered in the society. Subhadra Yojana is an important step by the Odisha government towards making women self-reliant. This scheme is operated under the Ministry of Women and Child Development. Under the Subhadra Yojana, an amount of Rs 50,000 is transferred directly to the women’s account for 5 years.

  • Financial assistance of ₹10,000 per year for 5 years (total ₹50,000)
  • Payments made in two installments of ₹5,000 each
  • Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to beneficiaries’ bank accounts

Key Eligibility Points:

  • Must be a resident of Odisha (Women)
  • Family income less than or equal to ₹2,50,000/
  • Age: 21 years or more and less than 60 years as on the qualifying date
  • NFSA and SFSS card holders are automatically eligible

Excluded

  • Receiving financial assistance such as pension, scholarships, etc. of ₹1,500/- per month or more under any State or Central Government Scheme
  • Member of Parliament (MP), Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA), Income Tax Payee, An elected public representative in any Urban Local Body (excluding Ward Member / Councillor), An elected public representative in any Panchayati Raj Institution (excluding Ward Member / Councillor)
  • A regular or contractual employee in State Government
  • A regular or contractual employee in Government of India
  • A regular or contractual employee in Public Sector Undertaking

Odisha Subhadra Yojana online apply steps

Offline: Application forms available free of cost at different locations such as Anganwadi Centres, Block Offices, Urban Local Body Offices, Mo Seba Kendras, Common Service Centres, etc.

The applicant will have to fill the form and submit the same at the nearest Mo Seba Kendra / Common Service Centre.

Online:

  • Click on the “Official Login” button the top right side on homepage
  • Select “CSC Login” from the option
  • Provide all required details accurately
  • Upload Required Documents and double check all
  • Click “Submit” to complete the application process
  • Save the receipt for future reference
